OUR STORY

Commercial Decor & Props came to life through founder Zachary Williams' deep-seated passion for crafting unforgettable experiences. With nearly 25 years of experience orchestrating noteworthy public events, Zachary, in 2006, having put together grand-scale events in cities like London and Shanghai, established a sourcing and production powerhouse to supply event companies and creative businesses in Europe and the US with top-tier products and materials. Through each project, Zachary found himself drawn not only to the spectacle of the event itself but to the intricate, custom props that brought the whole picture together; it is props that turn visuals into experiences. Today, Commercial Decor & Props is run by Josh Roetzer, who holds a decade-plus track record for business development, customer management, and corporate law.

Josh Roetzer

As President of Commercial Decor & Props, Inc. based in Buffalo, NY, Josh utilizes his decade-plus experience in business development and corporate law to oversee operations and expand our reach to more wonderful PR & event management companies looking to secure repeat business from their clients & department heads.

Company Founder

Zachary Williams

Based in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Zachary holds two decades of experience building and supplying equipment, staging, and props to international event & production companies. He now channels this long-held passion into Commercial Decor & Props.

Director of Operations

Ashley Wong

Currently based in Shanghai, Ashley has been involved in international trade and logistics for almost 20 years. Her well-established contacts with international shipping and logistics providers allow us to deliver top-notch products promptly and within budget every single time.

Creative Director

Gaebriella Wilkins

With over 40 years of experience in costume & props design and manufacturing under her belt, Gaebriella has worked on big-scale events (including the Olympic Games!) and has held senior management positions with organisations like Disney and Cirque du Soleil. She is currently based in Hong Kong.

Production Manager

Ann Huang

Currently based in Shanghai, Ann has overseen the production and quality control of hundreds of shipments leaving Mainland China. She has worked closely with Ashley and Zachary for almost 15 years to ensure that our designs curate and exceed our clients’ expectations.

For custom designs, our team will consult with you from the very beginning. You can begin the process by contacting one of our representatives and sending in a photograph or sketch of your design. Our team of designers will be able to create a custom design drawing and a quote within a matter of days!

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

All fiberglass and lantern props are produced in our manufacturing facilities based on each customer’s order. Please allow multiple weeks for orders to be produced. Custom-designed props may take longer.

For orders being shipped by sea, we suggest allowing a delivery lead time of 4-5 weeks from the time the goods leave our warehouse to the time they arrive at your site or event space. For orders being sent by air cargo we would suggest allowing 5-12 days. Commercial Decor & Props, Inc. may estimate shipping charges by weight, box dimension, shipping to locations, and shipping methods. Actual shipping charges may apply and are subject to change without notice.
